Europe Day

Europe Day is celebrated every year on the 9th of May. If you want to know more about the European Union the BBC has a very useful website were you will be able to learn about:

  • How it began
  • Which countries belong to the EU?
  • How does the EU work?
  • What does it all cost
  • How does the EU spend its money?
  • Why is there a referendum?
  • What next?
