Our recipes

BOILED POTATOES
Ingredients:
  • 2 litres of water
  • 0.5 kg potatoes
  • a pinch of salt

How to cook it: 
  • First, peel the potatoes.
  • Next, wash them.
  • Then, cut the potatoes into two or three bits.
  • After that, pour some water into a pan and let it boil.
  • Next, put the potatoes into the pan and let them cook for 15/20 minutes in boiling water.
  • Finally, take the potatoes out of the water and serve with boiled octopus.

SPANISH TORTILLA
Ingredients:
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 9 eggs
  • olive oil
  • a pinch of salt

How to cook it: 
  • First, peel the potatoes and wash them.
  • Then, slice the potatoes.
  • Next, put them into the pan.
  • Pour some oil and let the potatoes fry until they are ready.
  • After that, mix the eggs in a bowl and add the fried potatoes.
  • Next, put it all into a frying-pan.
  • Wait for one minute and turn over so that it is cooked on both sides.
  • Finally, put it on a plate and serve.

CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients:
  • Oil
  • Flour
  • Chocolate powder (Cola Cao)
  • Baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 6 spoonfuls of milk
  • butter
  • chocolate to cover
How to cook it:
  • First, put the eggs into a bowl and add 6 spoonfuls of milk.
  • Then add 6 spoonfuls of oil and 6 spoonfuls of flour.
  • After that, add 6 spoonfuls of sugar and 6 spoonfuls of chocolate in powder.
  • Put a bit of butter in a cup and melt it in the microwave for one minute.
  • After that, put it all into a mold previously greased.
  • Then, bake it in the microwave for 15 minutes.
  • Put a bit of chocolate in a cup and melt it for one minute in the microwave.
  • Finally pour the melted chocolate over the cake so that it is covered.
  • And serve.
